This procedure walks through adding your Covenant Seminary email to your iPhone

Instead of adding your Covenant Seminary email account to your default mail application, you may wish to download the Microsoft Outlook app for mobile instead.

Add Covenant Seminary Email

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Passwords & Accounts.
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
  5. Type in your email address (e.g. "john.calvin@covenantseminary.edu")
  6. Type in a description for the mailbox (e.g. "CTS Email")
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Tap Sign In.
  9. Type in your CTS account password.
  10. You may be prompted to provide consent for the application to access your email data. Check the Consent on behalf of your organization box.
  11. Once you have completed your authentication, select the options you would like to have synced from your Covenant Seminary account:
    1. Mail
    2. Contacts
    3. Calendars
    4. Reminders
    5. Notes
  12. Tap Save.
  13. The process is now complete and you should be able to access your Covenant Seminary email through the iPhone mail app.

Remove Covenant Seminary Email

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Passwords & Accounts.
  3. Tap on the account you would like to remove (e.g. "CTS Email").
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. When prompted, select Delete from My iPhone.


Your Covenant Seminary email is only being deleted from your phone. You may still access your email through the web or Outlook.
