Access

  1. Navigate to https://mycts.covenantseminary.edu and log in with your institutional email address and password.
  2. From the Launchpad, click on Email.

Overview

All students and employees are given an email address during their time at the institution. It is encouraged for all students and employees to use their institutional email when communicating regarding institutional matters.

In the circumstance where you are both a student and employee of the institution, you will be given two accounts (and two email addresses) - a student account and an employee account. Use the following rule of thumb:

  • If you are doing student things, use your student email.
  • If you are doing employee things, use your employee email.

Gmail versus Microsoft Office 365

Historically, the institution utilized Gmail for student email and Microsoft Office 365 for employees. In 2019, the institution began moving towards adopting Microsoft Office 365 for students as well. Currently, all new student accounts are being provisioned in our Microsoft Office 365 environment. Students whose account was provisioned prior to this change will still maintain their Gmail account.
