Certain students are given access to use Zoom to schedule meetings. Some examples of this would include Counseling interns and practicum students.

Log into My CTS

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://mycts.covenantseminary.edu.
  2. Log in with your student email address and password.
  3. If you do not know the password to this account, you can reset it by visiting https://password.covenantseminary.edu

Navigate to Zoom

  1. Once you've successfully logged in to My CTS, you will find yourself on the Launchpad.
  2. Navigate to My CTS > Counseling > Zoom.
  3. You will be taken to your account profile where you can schedule meetings.

First Time Setup

If this is your first time using Zoom, you'll be prompted to confirm your account. You will be prompted to send an email to your student email account for account verification.

  1. Return to the My CTS Launchpad and click Email.
  2. You may have received a Zoom account invitation email. If so, click the button to activate your account.
  3. You may have received a Confirm the requested change to your Zoom account email. This simply notifies you that you are a part of the Covenant Theological Seminary Zoom licensing. Click the button to confirm the switch to the Covenant Theological Seminary account.
  4. Once your account has been verified, you will be taken to your account profile where you can schedule meetings.
